Pick Up/Drop Off Trial

This trial is by invitation to register only

Information for participants

Drop off and Pick up times will be advised to parents in due course following the submission of the registration form. 

Drop Off

• Families using the pick up/drop off system will be asked to drive up Claremont Road and turn into the Admin car park entrance (gate with barrier)
• Parents are asked to drive to the admin entrance
• Children should only exit the car once the car is at the front of the queue and is stationary
• Children should have all bags/instruments/lunches ready with them before the car stops
• Parents should then leave via the newly constructed ramp - turning right onto Claremont Road to keep traffic flowing

Pick Up

• Parents are asked to drive up Claremont Road, turning into the car park through the gate with barrier 
• To ensure safety, children will only be released by staff to the car at the front of the queue
• Parents should leave the carpark by the ramped exit always turning right to continue on Claremont Road

The barrier into the carpark will not be raised until 2.40pm. We politely request that parents do not arrive early to collect their children as there will be no space to wait causing congestion on the road, this may cause complaints from local residents which will jeopardise our ability to continue with the scheme after the trial. It is, however, inevitable that there will be some queuing and parents will be required to wait.

Younger siblings will be collected from class by their older sibling and will then make their way to the waiting area in the school foyer.
