Children in Need

As it is Children in Need today we have completed lots of fun activities throughout the day. In assembly we were shown about all the ways we could help Children in Need and were shown a video about the Jersey Child Care Trust. Also, we had a raffle and the prizes were a Pudsey and Blush toy.

One of our activities was a scavenger hunt for KS1 and KS2; there were some spots all around school and we had to answer the questions on them. The other activity was the spot challenge. In the hall, Miss Bichard and the Sports Leaders put spots on the floor and you had to run around to music and when it stopped you had to stand on a spot.

As it is Children in Need, we all came in dress down and made a donation. Mr Timlin also helped with our fundraising efforts by remaining silent for a full hour during the morning crossing duty! Well done Mr Timlin! The money will be counted next week and we will report back how much we have made.
